Chocolate Coconut Zulu King Cakes: Since Mardi Gras began, the legendary Krewe of Zulu has paraded down the streets of New Orleans. In an attempt to capture the spirit of this great parade, we have created the Chocolate Coconut Zulu King Cake. It is made of a Danish dough, filled with cocoa-coconut cream, topped with traditional purple, green and gold sugar, drizzled with chocolate icing, and sprinkled with fresh coconut.
Each King Cake yields approximately 12-15 generous 2" wide slices.
