King Cake Ordering Policy:
We must receive your order at least 24 hours
in advance of the requested ship-out date.
Order Processing:
Orders placed via the secure website by 5:00 p.m. CST will ship out on the next business day (Monday through Thursday only), pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders received after this time will be shipped within 48 hours. Orders can be shipped out on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday only. In order to maintain the highest level of freshness, we do not ship king cakes out on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
Requested Ship-out Dates:
If you would like to request a specific date for your order to be received, please place this information in the “Comments” section during your on-line checkout. We will make every effort to make sure your request is followed, but no guarantees can be made.
Ordering Methods:
You can place your order on-line through our secure server or you may download a copy of our King Cake Fax Form: kcwebfaxform.pdf and fax the order back to us at 504.328.9492. Please be sure to call and verify your fax was received and legible. If you would rather not put your credit card information on the fax, you can wait and give it over the phone when you call to verify receipt of your order.
Multiple Shipping Addresses:
You can only ship to one address per order. If you are shipping to different people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately. If you have quite a few addresses, you may fax the information to us using our Multiple Address Form: Multipleaddressform.pdf.
Address Validation:
To ensure that your order is delivered to the correct address as quickly as possible, please be careful when entering all information and double check it once again when you receive your order confirmation. You must notify us immediately if there are any typos or errors. UPS charges $10 for each address correction and may delay the shipment an additional day. This cost will be passed on to you if the error is on your part.
Shipping Areas:
Shipping is available within the Continental U.S. only (Canada, Alaska and Hawaii are not included). UPS is unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please check our Shipping Information page for other shipping options and restrictions.
